The location was marvellous and ideal: a market and convenience stores were within walking distance. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. The staff was exceptionally nice, accommodating all the time. The breakfast meal was hot and marvellous with an espresso and mushrooms, for example.

Hot and extensive breakfasts, the stay was very good!
It was in a central location, in a residential area.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a comfy bed and the food was really good. Breakfast had a nice variety too, lots to choose from. Easy to find and had good parking options. Loved the outside seating area.
But the room was kinda warm n the shower had low water pressure which was not great. The bathroom was a bit outdated and needed some TLC.

The reception was polite helpful and friendly. we had booked it as a staging post for a visit to our Grandaughter who is at Leeds Uni, and we would certainly consider using it again and recommending it to others.

Room was a good size even though it was advertised as small. Bathroom was good. Overall good value.
Payment was asked for on arrival rather than at checkout which is more customary.

Fantastic friendly staff and great breakfast!
The highlight for me was the breakfast. It was a generous buffet with a great variety of freshly prepared options. The staff were helpful was nice, but I did notice some minor wear and tear in the bathroom that could use attention.

Multiple rooms felt tired and outdated, with some spaces needing refurbishment-certain bathrooms looked a bit worn. I noticed lingering odors in one room, which wasn't ideal, although the hotel made a room switch easy. Breakfast fell short for vegetarians. Options were limited and the coffee didn't reach the right temperature. A bit of noise from the road outside also posed challenges to getting a good night's sleep.

Good value for money. The hotel was a little dated but comfortable and friendly staff.
We felt that for this hotel the restaurant prices seemed a litlle expensive, hence we ate out for our evening meal. Breakfast was excellent but don't ask for fryed or poached eggs at the weekend.

The hotel looked lovely from the outside , very pretty, nice outdoor seating area. The beds were comfortable. The hotel and room was very clean. The restaurant is lovely, very nicely decorated.
Wasn't really a dislike as such but we were sent up to a room on arrival bit it wasn't ready which was obviously just a communication problem but it was rectified quickly. It would have been good to have bus timetables in reception as staff werent sure of local buses. One last thing was nothing in the grand scheme of things but it was a Shane that poached eggs werent available on a weekend. I understand it is probably due to the number of guests on a weekend but still think that it would be nice to offer thus even if guests pre order and set a time for their breakfast the night before which other hotels do.

Not right in the city centre but within reasonable reach of all major roads. Well kept hotel, lovely flower arrangements in courtyard with tables and chairs set out for relaxation. Large car park. Staff pleasant.
Catering for large events I.e a wedding on the occasion of our stay meant we were precluded from using all facilities although this did not cause us much of a problem. Could do with air conditioning in breakfast/dining room as heat was fairly oppressive on occasions.
